While some might be slowing down for the holiday season, the prolific Oliver Heldens is ramping things up with a tour through Asia.
His first tour of the region yet takes in eight dates across Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, The Philippines and India across 11 days, and it follows on from previous tours across the USA and the UK.
The full tour dates are:
9 December: Bitec – Bangkok, Thailand
10 December: M2 – Shanghai, China
11 December: Djakarta Warehouse – Jakarta, Indonesia
12 December: ZoukOut – Singapore
13 December: Sonic Festival – Manilla, The Philippines
16 December: Levels – Hong Kong
18 December: Enchanted Valley Carnival – Ambience Lawns, India
19 December: Enchanted Valley Carnival – Aamby Valley City, India
He will join other top-draw heavyweights on some of the line-ups, such as Armin Van Buuren and Axwell & Ingrosso on 9 December in Thailand. Expect these events to sell out rapidly!
Heldens’ new Wombass collaboration with Tiësto has proved to be another huge success, with over 4 million plays in just 3 weeks so far. The track is drenched in Heldens’ trademark innovative production, with a mixture of breakbeats and 4/4 kicks, a phat, intricate lead riff that takes its cues from the bass music scene and soaring strings.
With this tour, more original material on the way and his HI-LO side project live show in development, he continues to be one of the hardest-working artists in the scene.
