Shelter ADE 2017 Program

Shelter Amsterdam has just announced its program for ADE 2017. The club, which officially opened doors during last year’s edition of the Amsterdam Dance Event, has curated a program consisting of five nights and one after hours event, taking place from Wednesday October 18 to Sunday October 22nd.
Each night will be co-hosted by distinguished local and international labels and promoters, including Rush Hour, Clone, Electric Deluxe and VBX. The program includes artists such as Zip, Praslesh (Raresh & Praslea), Speedy J, Seth Troxler, Chez Damier, Antal, Soichi Terada, Blawan and many, many more.
On Wednesday Shelter’s ADE marathon will commence with a showcase of Seth Troxler’s label Play It, Say It. Together with the label head, who will be headlining the show, Shelter has selected some close friends and contributors to perform during this debut night of Shelter ADE 2017. Full line up tba soon..
Thursday’s program will be co-hosted by renowned Amsterdam label and record store: Rush Hour. For this night, Shelter and RH founder Antal have selected patrons and close kindreds of the organisation, including Chicago house staple Chez Damier, iconic Japanese producer and larger than life performer Soichi Terada (live), as well as Rush Hour all-stars Tom Trago and San Proper. Of course the bill isn’t finished without a performance from Antal himself.
Continuing on Friday is a Clone Records showcase. On their return for Shelter ADE, the Rotterdam distributor and label is bringing along headliners Blawan and Head Front Panel, Rotterdam luminary Alden Tyrell (live), Aleksi Perälä (live) and Paul du Lac, and of course Clone head Serge.
On Saturday morning Shelter will open its doors again for an after hours event, co-hosted by Rotterdam techno institute Electric Deluxe, with sets provided by label founder Speedy J, label majors AnD and Clouds, as well as Amsterdam favourites Sandrien and Juan Sanchez.
When the sun has set that day, Shelter and VBX join forces for a sustained Saturday night that will last well into the next morning, with artists notoriously known for prolonged, driving sets: Perlon cornerstone Zip, [a:rpia:r]’s Praslesh (Raresh & Praslea) & Shelter regular Ferro.
On Sunday the subterranean Amsterdam club will host its own ADE Closing, with a selection of local and international friends. The line up will be unveiled soon.
